A Life of Reflections
This book is a collection of observations and life experiences – some happy, some sad, some good, and some difficult.
The poems offer a glimpse into moments that many readers may find relatable, sparking inspiration to reflect on and perhaps even write about their own life experiences. Some poems provide comfort and help in coming to terms with life’s challenges, while others encourage deeper thought. Whether touching on sadness, joy, humour, or personal truth, each poem tells a story.
Writing poetry is something I have done for most of my life, but writing it down makes me feel better.

My Love is Mine
This intimate collection of poetry and prose dives deep into the not-so-gentle and unruly art of becoming. It speaks to the thoughts that stir in the stillness of the night, where exhilaration flirts with the agony of despair and where fierceness smoulders in both grace and anger.
Through these lyrical verses, I find myself adrift, seeking solitude, perseverance, heat, and a safe haven—wherever it may be found. Somehow, amidst it all, the chaotic fire of love unfolds in all its tender and raw forms.
I am full of contradictory wounds, scars that ache to heal. But if they don’t, maybe it’s time to just learn to dance with my demons, once and for all.
Open the pages and get lost in this wondrous journey titled
My Love is Mine.

The Relic of Trying
Tropes and archetypes have been the backbone of storytelling for millennia, portraying characters predestined to fulfill certain roles before they even have a chance to discover their true selves. However, this traditional narrative approach isn’t the only path stories can take. The Relic of Trying employs epic, romantic poetry to breathe life into a variety of characters and settings, who find themselves in peculiar predicaments.
Imagine a God killer burdened with guilt, a fresh retelling of the dancing plague, or a robot that fails to achieve its intended function. In this collection, perspectives are shifted, casting historical narratives in a human light. The poems explore the intersection of performance, obligation and free will, weaving through diverse epochs and reinterpreting myths and legends.
These poems break away from focusing on the protagonists’ triumphs; instead, they delve into tales of their struggles and failures, offering a unique and humanizing take on timeless narratives.

Poetry Is My Voice
A collection of poetry written from a neurodivergent mind about the multitude of emotions and experiences one can go through just to make it through adolescence. All of which envelope deep emotions and experiences such as anguish, despair and discrimination, but also poetry that touches on subtle emotions like hope and tranquillity.
The poems written upon the pages of this book have come from a fifteen-year-old all the way to now a nineteen-year-old who is thrilled to finally share them with the world. These poems are the face of feelings that have been internalised for far too long, and have served as a form of self-expression through not just adversity, but also times when hope and snippets of joy felt strong.
Poetry has helped the author understand their emotions and how they take in and process the environment around them. The way the author sees the world is likely different from most, but the emotions within their poetry unwrap the harsh and kind feelings that may have, at least once, been felt by all.
“When the world turns their ears away
It’s poetry I send words to
Because there,
You might just realise the value of my voice.”– Mea Finch.
